1. The motor assembly site must be kept clean. After the bearing is coated with grease, there should be no dust flying on the site. The parts matching the bearing must be strictly inspected before assembly, and any small link cannot be ignored. For example, if the shoulder where the shaft fits with the bearing is clean and there is no fillet, the stress will be concentrated during operation, and the shaft will kink there; The excess will be out of tolerance, or the bearing will not be in place, which is the bane of premature bearing failure.
2. Dynamic balance quality is a key factor affecting bearing life. The larger the motor, the higher the speed, and the higher the quality requirements for dynamic balance.
3. Bearing-related parts - the coaxiality of the bearing frame, end cover, rotor, and inner and outer covers should be good, and ensure that the parts are not damaged due to deformation of the parts during the operation of the motor. Larger parts, such as machine base, End caps, etc., must be aged.
4. The machining accuracy of bearing-related parts should be improved. Because the machining accuracy of the bearing itself is very high, and when the bearing is matched with the relevant parts, a very small amount of interference will cause damage to the bearing. Practice has proved that the tolerance zone can be controlled within the range of about 0-02mm by using a CNC machine tool with a "fixed-length tool" to process the bearing cavity. The roughness of the mating part with the inner and outer rings of the bearing should also be increased as much as possible, otherwise, the original design tolerance can also be changed after many times of disassembly and grinding to grind the "knife tip" of metal processing.
5. The amount of grease should be appropriate, otherwise the bearing will heat up. If the ambient temperature is above 40°C, a higher penetrating grease should be used. Instead, a low penetration or special grease should be used.
